The FCC extends its sincerest sympathies to Past President Jim Wilkinson and his entire extended family on the passing on Christmas Day of Jim’s mother Ruth Isobel Wilkinson. A fascinating woman (aka ‘Party Ruthie’), Mrs. Wilkinson along with her late husband William (Bill) built W. E. Wilkinson Ltd. on Clappison’s Cut. The business now operates as Wilkinson Heavy Precast. A memorial service for Mrs. Wilkinson will be held in June.
