Offering complimentary munchies, a free beverage and door prizes (draw at 6 p.m.) this year’s event will be held on Tuesday, December 4. MPP Report: While a definite date has yet to be confirmed, Ancaster-Dundas-Flamborough-Westdale MPP Ted McMeekin – the provincial Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) – has agreed to be a speaker at an MPP Reports breakfast sometime in January. With Premier McGuinty resigning, a Liberal leadership race, the end to the slots and trots program and a major restructuring of the OLG, there’s lots to talk about. A question and answer session will follow MPP Ted’s formal comments. Stay tuned.
