CHANGE OF ADDRESS
With a long-term lease in hand for the current Flamborough Chamber of Commerce (FCC) office in the Hamilton Technology Centre (HTC) and with a continuing commitment to always improving efficiencies, the FCC mailing address has been changed. The new mailing address is 227-7 Innovation Drive, Flamborough, Ontario L9H 7H9.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS
The ‘Open For Business’ committee met today (Thursday, August 16) at city hall. FCC Executive Director Arend Kersten attended the meeting. A full report will be included in this month’s Bottom Line. Stay tuned!

ECONOMIC SUMMIT IN HAMILTON
FCC Executive Director Arend Kersten has been invited to a meeting next Tuesday at Liuna Station hosted by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) and the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce (HCC). The purpose of the meeting is to identify and select local and provincial economic priorities. Stay tuned!

CCC AGM
Speaking of meetings, Arend will represent the FCC at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) in September. The meeting will be hosted by the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce (HCC). The CCC AGM will set federal/national priorities for the CCC for the next three years.
