Ted Lindsay (Flamborough Review) and his wife Heather Johnston will host the 10th annual Eric’s Amazing Race this Saturday, November 3 at the Waterdown Legion. Ted and Heather – who received the Sandy Gray/Weeks Hone Hardware Community Service by an Individual Award at the 2009 Outstanding Business Achievement (OBA) awards gala in 2009 – have raised over $100,000 in support of research to find a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Their nephew, 11-year-old Eric Morden suffers from the disease.
