The FCC extends its congratulations to Waterdown BIA – and especially its Executive Director Wilf Arndt – for a great start to the holiday season with the annual Tree Lighting Festival. Hundreds attended the event which also featured free hotdogs and drinks as well as wagon rides through the Village of Waterdown. Even Santa made a visit. (It’s hard to tell – with his bulky suit and all – but it looked to some keen observers that Santa has lost a lot of weight over the past year. Hmmm!)

Wilf – who also takes pictures for the FCC at its events – has promised to provide photos from the event which the FCC will post on its website. Stay tuned.

And don’t forget, Santa returns to Waterdown this Saturday with his annual parade. The event draws thousands of spectators.
