FCC Executive Director Arend Kersten was a guest at the recent annual COGECO gala celebrating the finest in community television programming throughout all of Ontario. Arend had earlier been a judge in several of the categories.

At the gala – held at the Holiday Inn in Oakville – Ben Lyman of TVCogeco in Burlington was the recipient of Community Impact Award (for large Cogeco systems) for coverage of the Burlington flood disaster.
