At its recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kelowna, CCC delegates endorsed a resolution supporting the ‘reversal’ of the flow of Enbridge’s Line 9 pipeline between Sarnia and Montreal (and through Flamborough with a pumping station in Westover).
