With less than two weeks to go – and the clock ticking – planning and preparing for the 2013 Flamborough Open is in high gear. Flamborough’s finest annual golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at the Carlisle Golf & Country Club.

We are delighted to report that registrations are up over last year. However, there are still a few spots available. In the sponsorship department, we have (to date) two more corporate sponsors ($1,500) than last year. We need several more contest sponsors ($500) and one more hole sponsor ($300). Remember that all sponsors will be recognized in 12 successive editions of the Bottom Line (circulation over 14,500 every month).

Local auctioneer Jim McCartney will be back this year to work his magic at a short (8 item) live auction just before the incredible post-tournament meal that Carlisle has become famous for. Remember, non-golfers can join us for dinner. In addition to individual and team winners, every golfer will go home with a beautiful hanging plant from Terra (Where Colour Lives).
