With less than a week to go before next Wednesday’s (May 29) Flamborough Open, we make one last and final call to participate in this year’s tournament at the prestigious Carlisle Golf & Country Club.
Representing a wonderful partnership between the Flamborough Chamber of Commerce (FCC) and the Rotary Club of Waterdown, the response to this year’s tournament has been very gratifying. Consider this:
- To date, 138 golfers have registered for the tournament. That’s a big increase from last year’s 122. But to meet our goal of 144, we need six more golfers.
- We have two more ‘corporate sponsors’ than last year (from six to eight). We are delighted with the increase – but there is always room for more.
- We are completely SOLD OUT when it comes to the 18 ‘hole sponsors.’
- We are especially eager to recruit two additional ‘contest sponsors. We need a sponsor ($500) or two co-sponsors ($250) for both the ‘Longest Drive – Mens’ and ‘Closest to the Pin – Mens.’
